What if I sell my house
- In the event you end up selling your house, the system can be transferred directly to the new homeowner.
What happens to my roof?
- If you need a new roof, please ask about our Roof Replacement Program. We recommend installing solar panels on roofs that are 10-years old, or newer. Prior to installing any solar panels on your home, our team will complete a thorough inspection of your roof to ensure there are no issues post-installation. If it’s determined that a new roof is needed, we can coordinate a no-cost roof replacement, which comes with a lifetime warranty.
What does your warranty cover?
- Our standard warranty covers both the solar panels, and your roof, for 25 years.
Do I still get an electric bill from my electric company?
- No, say goodbye to increasing electric bills. Instead, you will receive a small $3 to $5 connection fee monthly if energy production is 100% of the forecasted usage.
